Class Overview


Our Pedal class is 55 minutes of pure cycling where in you will ride drills designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there.

In our Pedal class we’ve customized your ride to ensure that if you are up for the challenge, you will be at 80% of your max heart rate or better for the majority of the class, thereby optimizing the calorie burn but doing so immersed in a camaraderie that running on a treadmill will never give you.
