8:00 – 9:00 AM

9:15-10:15AM

10:30-11:30AM

 

If you’re feeling really motivated we encourage riding the double or triple!!!

$20 per hour/per person members

$30 per hour/per person non-members

( A portion of your ride will donated to AHA )

PAY IN ADVANCE. Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 48 hour cancellation is requested or additional fees may be assessed.

Online sign-up is required –  MEMBERS : these rides will not pull from your package.

Please arrive no fewer than 15 minutes before the start time so we can set you up with monitors and bikes.
